چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی چالش ها و کارکردهای برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر ارزش های المپیک (OVEP) بود. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی است که با استفاده از تکنیک نظریة برخاسته از داده­ها انجام گرفـت. مشارکت کنندگان در پـژوهش را کلیـة متخصصانی کـه به نحوی در آموزش المپیک و جنبش المپیک، دارای دانش، تجربه و سابقة روشنی بودند، تشکیل می­دادند که 18 نفر در قالب 19 مصاحبه با اسـتفاده از روش نمونـه­گیـری نظـری و گلولـه برفـی انتخـاب شـدند. ابـزار جمـع­آوری داده­هـا شـامل مصـاحبه­هـای نیمه­ساختاریافته بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در بخش تحلیل داده ها، بر اساس نظریه داده- بنیاد و در قالب سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مصاحبه ها تحلیل شد. یافته­های این تحقیق بصورت کلی در دو بخش چالش­ها و کارکردها ارایه شد. مقوله علمی و مدیریتی (شامل دو مفهوم نحوه سیاست گذاری و مدیریت و همچنین عدم وجود رویکرد علمی و تخصصی) و مقوله فرهنگی و نگرشی (شامل مفهوم بی توجهی به آموزش و فرهنگ سازی و همچنین مفهوم آگاهی کم و نگرش غلط) به عنوان دو چالش برای برنامه آموزش ارزش های المپیک شناسایی شد. همچنین در یافته های مربوط به کارکردهای آموزش ارزش های المپیک، سه مفهوم اصلی از کدگذاری داده ها بدست آمد که شامل ترویج ورزش پاک، رشد و توسعه از طریق ورزش و همچنین نگرش مثبت نسبت به ورزش می شود و از ترکیب این سه مفهوم در نهایت مقوله اصلی در کارکردهای ورزش که تعالی فلسفه زندگی از طریق ورزش است، معرفی شد. نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای اقدامات و برنامه­های توسعه برنامه آموزشی ارزش­های المپیک مورد استفاده سیاستگذاران، برنامه­ریزان، کارشناسان و مدیران ورزشی این حیطه قرار گیرد.

Implementing the Olympic Values Education Program (OVEP) Challenges and Functions

The aim of the present study was to identify the challenges and functions of the Olympic Value Education Program (OVEP). This research is a qualitative study conducted using Grand Theory. Participants in the study consisted of all experts who had some knowledge, experience and clear background in Olympic education and movement, with 18 people selected in 19 interviews using the theoretical sampling method and the snow globe. Data collection data were included in semi-constructed interviews that continued until theoretical saturation. In the data analysis section, the interviews were analyzed based on the data-foundation theory and in the form of three stages of open, central and selective coding. The findings of this study were generally presented in two sections: Challenges and Functions. Scientific and managerial categories (including the two concepts of make policy and management, as well as the lack of scientific and specialized approach) and cultural and attitudes (including the concept of neglecting education and culture, as well as the concept of low awareness and wrong attitude) as two challenges The Olympic values were identified for the training program. Also, in the findings related to the functions of teaching Olympic values, three main concepts of data coding were obtained, which include promoting the clean sport, growth and development through sports, as well as a positive attitude towards sports, and finally combining these three concepts. The main category in the functions of sports, which is the excellence of the philosophy of life through sports, was introduced. The results of this research can be used by policymakers, planners, experts and sports managers in this area as a model for the actions and development of the OVEP.
