چکیده

وقتی سازمان­ها نتوانند به پتانسیل کامل خود دست بیابند، این ناشی از استراتژی ضعیف نیست، بلکه می­تواند اجرای ضعیف مدرن­سازی باشد. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر سیاست‌گذاری بر مدرن­سازی با نقش میانجی فرایند مدیریت تغییر ورزش‌های المپیکی بود. روش تحقیق از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل اعضای شورای راهبردی وزارت ورزش و جوانان، مدیران عالی ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان، مدیران میانی ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان، روسای فدراسیون‌های ورزش‌های المپیکی، روسای هیات­های ورزشی­های المپیکی بود. با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 297 نفر به روش طبقه­ای تصادفی نمونه آماری را تشکیل دادند. از پرسشنامه­های مدرن­سازی و سیاست­گذاری ورزش­های المپیکی بابایی و دیگران (2020) و فرایند مدیریت تغییر نایدو (2008) برای اندازه­گیری متغیرهای تحقیق استفاده شد. برای بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه­ها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و برای بررسی شاخص‌های پایایی ترکیبی، آلفای کرونباخ، روایی واگرا و همگرا، آزمون­های سوبل و واف (VAF) و مدل‌سازی معادلات‌ساختاری از نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 23 و پی.ال.اس نسخه 2 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که سیاست‌گذاری بر مدرن­سازی با نقش میانجی فرایند مدیریت تغییر ورزش‌های المپیکی تاثیر دارد. توسعه مدرنیزم در مدیریت که منجر به رشد و پیشرفت ورزش­های المپیکی در عرصه­های داخلی و بین­المللی می­شود بر مبنای عوامل اقتصادی، گردش مالی، ارتباطات، سازمانی، جهت‌گیری سازمانی، نیروی انسانی متخصص، زیرساخت، روابط بین الملل و دیدگاه ورزشی حاکم بر ورزش کشور باشد.

چکیده [English]

When organizations fail to reach their full potential, this is not due to a weak strategy, but to poor implementation of modernization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of policy-making on modernization with the mediating role of change management process of Olympic sports. The research method was correlation with structural equation approach. The statistical population includes members of strategic council, senior staff managers, middle staff managers of the ministry of sports and youth, presidents of federations and sports delegations of olympic sports. According to Morgan's table, 297 people formed a statistical sample by stratified random method. The modernization and policy-making questionnaires olympic sports of Babaei et al. (2020) and process of change management Naidu (2008) research measurement variables were used. To examine the content validity of questionnaires from perspective of sports management professors and To examine combined reliability, cronbach's alpha, divergent and convergent validity, Sobel and Vaf test and structural equation modeling, SPSS software version 23 and PLS version 2 were used.The results showed that policy-making has an effect on modernization with the mediating role of the change management process of Olympic sports. The development of modernism in management that leads to the growth and development of Olympic sports in the domestic and international arenas based on economic factors, turnover, communication, organizational, organizational orientation, specialized manpower, Infrastructure, international relations and sports perspective governing the country's sports.
