Ten healthy male (age 26.1±3.4 years) subjects performed three exercise protocols included Concentric/Concentric (C/C), Eccentric/ Eccentric (E/E) and Concentric/ Eccentric (C/E) contractions (Flexion and Extension) in knee joint for both legs by using a dynamometer system in three separated sessions. In each trial, subjects performed 4 sets of 10 repetitions of knee flexion and extension, at the speed of 60 degree per second. Blood Samples were taken before exercise, immediately and 30 minutes following exercise for measuring tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) antigen, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) antigen and D-dimer. t-PA antigen in response to three isokinetic contractions  is significantly increased and recovery period decreased (P<0.05). Changes in t-PA antigen following C/C and C/E protocols were significantly (P<0.05) than E/E protocol. Regardless of the type of contractions, PAI-1 antigen levels in response to the isokinetic exercise is significantly increased, while, it significantly (p<0,05) decreased following recovery. However, responses to three protocols were not significantly different (P>0.05). D-dimer levels did not change in response to isokinetic exercise (P>0.05), and no significant differences among three protocols were detected. Based on the findings, it could be concluded that isokinetic contraction induces a rise in fibrinolytic system activity and that the C/C and C/E protocols results in more activation of fibrinolytic system compared to E/E protocol.}, keywords = {Tissue Plasminogen Activator,Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,D-dimer,Concentric contraction,eccentric contraction}, title_fa = {مقایسه پاسخ های سیستم فیبرینولیتیک به انواع انقباض عضلانی آیزوکینتیک در مردان}, abstract_fa = {هدف تحقیق حاضر مقایسه پاسخ های سیستم فیبرینولیتیک به انواع انقباض عضلانی آیزوکینتیک در مردان بود. 10 مرد سالم (4/3 ± 1/26 سال) در سه جلسه جداگانه به طور تصادفی سه پروتکل انقباض عضلانی آیزوکینتیک کانسنتریک/ کانسنتریک (C/C)، ایسنتریک/ ایسنتریک (E/E) و کانسنتریک/ ایسنتریک (C/E) را به صورت فلکشن و اکستنشن زانو در هر دوپا و با استفاده از دستگاه دینامومتر اجرا کردند. در هر سه پروتکل آزمودنی ها 4 ست 10 تکراری فلکشن و اکستنشن زانو را با سرعت 60 درجه در ثانیه اجرا نمودند. قبل از شروع فعالیت، بلافاصله پس از فعالیت و پس از 30 دقیقه ریکاوری نمونه های خونی جهت اندازه گیری آنتی ژن فعال کننده پلاسمینوژن بافتی (t-PA)، آنتی ژن مهار کننده فعال کننده پلاسمینوژن (PAI-1) و دی – دایمر (D-dimer) گرفته شدند. آنتی ژن t-PA در پاسخ به هر سه انقباض آیزوکینتیک افزایش و در دوره ریکاوری کاهش یافت (P<0/05). تغییرات آنتی ژن t-PA در پاسخ به دو پروتکل C/C و C/E نسبت به انقباض E/E به طور معناداری بیشتر بود. مقادیر آنتی ژن PAI-1 در پاسخ به فعالیت آیزوکینتیک صرف نظر از نوع انقباض افزایش و در دوره ریکاوری کاهش معناداری نشان داد (P<0/05)، با این حال پاسخ به سه پروتکل  متفاوت نبود (P>0/05). مقادیر D-dimer در پاسخ به فعالیت آیزوکینتیک تغییر معناداری نشان نداد (P>0/05) و بین سه پروتکل تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (P>0/05). براساس یافته ها می توان نتیجه گیری نمود که انقباض آیزوکینتیک موجب افزایش فعالیت سیستم فیبرینولیتیک می گردد و اینکه پروتکل های C/C و C/E در مقایسه با پروتکل E/E باعث فعال شدن بیشتر سیستم فیبرینولیتیک می گردند.}, keywords_fa = {فعال کننده پلاسمینوژن بافتی,مهارکننده فعال کننده پلاسمینوژن,دی- دایمر,انقباض کانسنتریک,انقباض ایسنتریک}, url = {https://www.olympic-journal.ir/article_6698.html}, eprint = {https://www.olympic-journal.ir/article_6698_44be26b26d7110918030c8bde2088ec4.pdf} }
